Colin Wright is leaving West Vancouver for Langley Township as Director of Engineering.
Igor Zahynach is leaving Port Coquitlam for the Capital Regional District (not sure of his title).
Jim Lowrie is leaving Pitt Meadows for New Westminster as Director of Engineering.
Rene Payer is leaving Delta for Township of Langley as Engineering Operations Manager.
