The PWABC Executive recognizes that some municipalities may be reluctant to increase membership budgets to cover the higher costs. In order to not exclude anyone from attending the Annual Technical Conference, the previous requirement of membership in either PWABC or CPWA has been rescinded. Non-members will be free to attend all PWABC events. However, registration fees for the Technical Conference and Teleconferences will be higher for non-members.

To join PWABC, CPWA & APWA directly online click on the  APWA Website, or e-mail Lloyd Rash with your name, company, address and phone number, asking for a membership form. Applicants will be sent a membership registration form which can be sent directly to CPWA.
